Remove no longer needed API call mocking
The online ID will be reset unconditionally after any local change is
made to any beatmap. That behaviour no longer depends on online lookups
succeeding or failing.

This may change at a later date when beatmap submission is integrated
into lazer - the idea is that online IDs would get re-populated on local
beatmaps once they are submitted to web.

Add failing test case covering online ID reset on save
This test scene passes at e58e1151f3 and
fails at current master, due to an inadvertent regression caused by
e72f103c17.

As it turns out, the online lookup flow that was causing UI thread
freezes when saving beatmaps in the editor, was also responsible for
resetting the online ID of locally-modified beatmaps if online lookup
failed.

a14dede036 Ensure TestBeatmapCarousel.Items only returns actually visible items (and in correct order)
Turns out that items could be in an order that isn't the same as how
things look on the carousel, so this change ensures that for testing
purposes they are sorted by Y position.

Also uses the `CarouselItem.Visible` flag to ensure that we don't have
to wait for drawable fade transitions after a filter operation.

82293c0c86 Don't filter away results with missing data when using "Date Submitted" or "Date Ranked" sort modes
From a user's perspective, changing a sort / order mode shouldn't filter
away results, but we were doing this.

In terms of UX expectations, in stable this kind of scenario would
results in a group being added to the end of son select with "Not
ranked" or "Unknown". I think we should aim to match this eventually.

refactor(KeyCounterDisplay): apply suggestions
I also took the freedom to add type checking, as we can't limit the
usage of `Add()` since it's a Container. The exception thrown also
advises of using the suggested `AddTrigger()` instead.

9321ec29dc Update slider sample source asserts to match expected behaviour
As pointed out in review, if the current time is after the end of the
slider, the correct hit object to use for sample retrieval is the object
itself, not any nested object.

Don't transfer MD5 hashes in collections when copying beatmaps
Fixes #22306.

Changes beatmap saving so that by default it does not transfer
the hashes in collections, and only transfers them when saving the same
difficulty in the editor.

Issue seems to have been introduced in https://github.com/ppy/osu/pull/20641.

Allow unsubscribing from solo statistics updates
This is more of a safety item. To avoid potential duplicate key in
dictionary errors (and also avoid being slightly memory-leaky), allow
`SoloStatisticsWatcher` consumers to dispose of the subscriptions they
take out.

2a88409dfe Fix time snap of sliders not matching when SV is not 1.0x
This regressed with https://github.com/ppy/osu/pull/20850 because the
function was used in other places which expect it to factor slider
velocity into the equation.

Rather than reverting, I've added a new argument, as based on the method
naming alone it was hard to discern whether SV should actually be
considered.

The reason for the change in #20850 was to avoid the SV coming in from a
reference object which may not have a correct SV in the first place. In
such cases, passing `false` to the function will give the expected
behaviour.

Makes it hard to test anything because `EditorBeatmap`'s `Update` method
updates whether a beatmap has timing or not (enabling the placement
controls).

Also adds a basic timing point to allow for better testing.

062a6fcc18 Fix failing large offset test
If we are going to continue to let the underlying clock process frames,
there needs to be a bit of lenience to allow the backwards seek on
resume (to play back over the freq ramp period).

The test is meant to be ensuring we don't skip the full offset amount,
so div10 seems pretty safe.

a8c699610a Fix lead in tests not waiting for player to start running
The tests are only meant to ensure that gameplay eventually starts.

The case where failures can occur is where the master clock is behind
the player clock (due to being in lead-in time). Because the test is
running in real-time, it can take arbitrary amounts of time to catch up.

If it took too long, the test would fail.

cc86909633 Increase lenience on TestSceneLeadIn tests
I've gone through these in detail and can't find an issue with the
actual flow of things. For whatever reason, the new structure has a
slightly higher delay, likely due to performing less `Seek` calls
(previously a `Seek` was called after the clock start which may have
been making this more accurate on the first `Player.Update`).

I don't think it really matters that this is slightly off, but we'll see
how this plays out.

Carousel would only expire items when off-screen. This meant that for a
case (like a test) where items are generally always on-screen,
`UpdateBeatmapSet` calls would result in panels remaining hidden but not
cleaned up.

Attempt to fix editor navigation test failures again
First of all, stop relying that `InputManager` will successfully press
the gameplay test button, because it won't if it's obscured by the
notification overlay. Closing the overlay in a loop doesn't work because
there's a chance that a notification is posted, then all overlays are
closed, then another notification is posted, and so the button still
isn't clickable. Instead, use the `TestGameplay()` method directly.

Secondly, the notifications will still block `EditorPlayerLoader` from
transitioning to `EditorPlayer`. Here we have no other choice than to
aggressively dismiss notifications every spin of the relevant until
step and hope we eventually progress to `EditorPlayer`.

2f635fa854 Refactor ChatLine and fix DrawableChannel flow padding
Refactors `ChatLine` component to use more sensible override properties
and layout using grid container. Moves creation of username component
into its own method to simplify BDL.

Updates padding of base `DrawableChannel` flow padding.

Removes usage of `ChatOverlayDrawableChannel` since it's overrides are
no longer needed.

Updates usage of `StandAloneChatDisplay` to use new override properties
of `DrawableChannel`.

c0aaeff2b3 Update DaySeparator to use new design throughout
Moves `DaySeparator` chat component to it's own file and update it to
match new chat design. Makes use of several virtual attributes that can
be overridden to update spacing and layout in other usage contexts.

Remove redundant usage of `ChatOverlayDaySeparator`, since the new

17174a7b09 Ensure some results have been loaded in playlist results screen tests
Basically, the failing delayed test would fire two web requests during
the proceedings. In unfortunate timing, the first would succeed and the
test would think "everything is okay", but the actual request loading
results has not yet run.

This check ensures *something* is loaded, which seems to be enough to
make things reliable.

Fix unobserved exceptions due to using unconverted beatmap
`TestSceneBeatmapSkinFallbacks` was locally caching a `GameplayState`
instance to fulfill dependencies of a
`SkinnableTargetComponentsContainer`. However, it was doing so using
`new TestBeatmap()`, which is a raw decoded beatmap that hasn't been
converted to any ruleset yet, which was causing failures in
`BeatmapDifficultyCache.GetTimedDifficultyAttributesAsync()` as that
method is expecting to receive a post-conversion, ready-for-gameplay
beatmap.

Resolve by proxying forward dependency instances from the
already-known-to-be-working `actualComponentsContainer`.

Fix unobserved exceptions due to unimplemented beatmap converter
`TestSceneStatisticsPanel` intends to check the operation of statistics
panels using dummy ruleset classes. However, `StatisticsPanel` relies on
being able to retrieve the playable beatmap, which requires a converter.
One was not provided by the dummy rulesets, therefore the retrieval
would fail with an unobserved exception.

To fix, add a barebones converter implementation that is enough for the
test to pass.

ae5b6c3e10 Use dummy channel to show selector and remove ChannelListSelector
Add dummy channel `DummySelectorChannel` which should be set as the
current channel in the channel manager when the selector in the chat
overlay should be shown.

Refactors the `ChannelListItem` to not show mention pill and close
button when the channel is the dummy selector channel.

Ensure that the `ChannelList` selects the dummy channel on clicking the
selector item.

Removes `ChannelListSelector` as it is no longer needed.

Removes the `setCurrent` parameter from `ChannelManager.JoinChannel`
method as it is no longer needed.
