A/S was no better as far as keyboard layout agnostic-ness. And people are confused if we change the defaults. Need to take a step back and reassess.

ef9d93ff6b Remove mod multipliers
We decided that mods shouldn't be interacting with other mods. This can be added once we have the ability to have per-mod settings, as a difficulty setting local to blinds.

86e09a68f7 Separate slider body to bypass snaking logic
The snaking logic contains a lot of caching/optimisations and offsetting of the path which is tedious to re-compute when the path changes.

There are now skinnable actual blinds (shoji screen panels)
The black overlay is still behind them to avoid cheating with skins
The blinds don't open linearly anymore, they are health squared now
When easy mod is on, there is always a little gap open

6d4f94756e Rewrite the way drag + click selections happen
The general idea here is that we need the masks to handle mouse down events, as they need to handle the drag (mousedown -> drag immediately).

I've rewritten the editor selections to use events, as there are some 3 different components that handle/trigger selections in different ways.

1. All selections/deselections now propagate through `HitObjectMask.Select()`/`HitObjectMask.Deselect()`.
2. Components that react to changes in the selection bind to the masks' `Selected`/`Deselected` events, and track them/change their states locally.
3. Masks provide a `SingleSelectionRequested` event which is invoked on the mouse-down event. Various components bind to this event to perform state changes locally in this scenario.
4. `DragBox` now handles all drag input locally. It triggers `Select`/`Deselect` on the masks it needs to.
5. `SelectionBox` handles the display of itself locally.
6. `SelectionBox` handles movement of groups of masks locally.
7. `HitObjectMasks` handles movement of itself locally.

b04e2cbb5c Fix osu star rating calculation
The main bug was that the beatmap was not being processed prior to
having its Skill values calculated, causing stacking to be ignored in
difficulty calculation. The fix involves processing the beatmap with
OsuBeatmapProcessor.

Another minor bug was that sliders were not taking into account the
stacked position midway through the slider (PositionAt does not return
stacked position.), so I corrected by adding StackOffset.

1a5cf98e0c Fix repeat points always being placed at end position of th slider
PositionAt is clamped to [0, 1] where 0 denotes the beginning of the curve and 1 denotes the end of the curve. It has no concept of repeats.

c5046f6b3c Add back osu.Desktop project
While it was nice having less projects to deal with, it meant hacks to get around circular dependencies between rulesets and osu.Game. For now, let's just restore the osu.Desktop project and call it a day.

This allows for the project to build again with default visual studio settings.
