6ad962fc8b Interpolate ParallaxContainer's scale
Things were a bit jumpy when a screen was adjusting `ParallaxAmount`. This smoothes the applied scale changes to look great again.

Most noticeable when hitting the retry hotkey (`~`) from gameplay.
