The `AlwaysAlive` logic is now in all DHOs and it is now not necessary (and potentially conflicting).
The SamplePlaybackBalance is calculated in a way that the balance remains between -0.4 and 0.4. Positional sound is not supported in osu!taiko.
This exposes LifetimeOffset from DrawableHitObject which is used by the XSRG rulesets to adjust the life time range by the VisibleTimeRange.
