dbc538abbe Use Enum.HasFlag
With .NET core 2.0+ this is as efficient as the ugly code we've been using.

0d9ea97828 Allow Rulesets to create a non-FontAwesome icon
This also
- Renames TextAwesome to SpriteIcon.
- Removes the default size of "20" from SpriteIcon (now defaults to the underlying texture size).

a5e610a7ba Update framework and fix compilation
Most issues were related to BeginLoopedSequence usage and lack of
"this." in front of transform helpers.
