Fix argon hit circle outer gradient getting smaller each state application
Clearing it causes its start value to be lost.
In a previous iteration, the flash layer was white on the initial hit, but this seems to have been removed for the final implementation.
This is just something to look better than the glowing mess which triangles fallback was providing. This element hasn't been designed yet, so I'm just filling in with something amicable for the time being.
