Fix beatmap leaderboard test failure
Because the online info reset (which includes online ID reset) was
happening after encoding,
`TestSceneBeatmapLeaderboard.TestLocalScoresDisplayOnBeatmapEdit()`
started failing, as the hash no longer matched expectations after the
first save of the map.
