• Add "distance spacing" multiplier for osu! ruleset

  While osu!catch also implements a distance snap grid, it doesn't rely on
  `GetBeatSnapDistanceAt` (unlike osu!), therefore it can't have the
  "distance spacing" multiplier yet.
