• Switch online play screens to new header (#37074)

  Specifically the one used on the daily challenge screen. Was bugging me
  that playlists/multi have that old yellow header design used, so I've
  changed it. Will probably come in handy once the footer/leaderboard
  changes are in.
  
  Also localized the headers while at it.

  The only thing I'm wondering about is whether the detail thing
  (participant count/playlist length) should be using the highlight colour
  here. The old design had them be yellow, but I feel like the pink on
  this one stands out too much.

• Add test coverage of actual user flows involving freestyle select screen

  Of note, this test scene still doesn't use the new footer properly.
  Should these even be here? Maybe it's better to leave these real world
  flows to a `Navigation` style test so we're not dealing with weird test
  setups that kinda do something but don't... or maybe do it in three
  different ways (two footers present, three back buttons etc.)
  
  Dunno. But this kind of covers what I want (except it doesn't cover the
  new footer usage).

• Fix test that never should have worked

  This was only working by luck until now. It was "correctly" matching on
  null online ID (see logic at
  https://github.com/ppy/osu/blob/abc96057b2cf50e02e0ec939645f6421684495d4/osu.Game/Screens/OnlinePlay/Match/RoomSubScreen.cs#L199-L207).
  
  Now it works by actually matching on the online ID.
