38a4c84163 Load SettingsSubsection in load() 
Fixes header not being displayed with variant bindings. This follows what SettingsSection does.

0d9ea97828 Allow Rulesets to create a non-FontAwesome icon 
This also
- Renames TextAwesome to SpriteIcon.
- Removes the default size of "20" from SpriteIcon (now defaults to the underlying texture size).

028364b2d9 Add on-screen display support for RawInput and CursorSensitivity 
Also allows resetting both at once using Ctrl+Alt+R.
