Remove opacity from old style dropdown menus
...
These aren't used in many places, but we've since moved away from
opacity in UI elements like this, so let's just nuke it here for
legibility.

Fix osu! dropdown search text box having commits disabled
...
I've also removed inheritance from `SearchTextBox` because it contains
logic that might interfere with the internal implementation of dropdown
search bars (focus logic and stuff).

Fix dropdown item hover colour not being set in time
...
Turns out to be an osu!-side issue. The colour transform was being
shortcutted for the non-displayed case, which meant it was not in a good
state in time for the first hover.
