d4e5a612ea Update IPositionalSnapProvider to take a HitObject as reference, rather than raw time
This allows fetching the correct `DifficultyControlPoint` from the
hitobject. Nothing more.

fccdbffa93 Use MathF instead of Math- functions when possible
MathF-functions are faster than the Math-counterpart and it looks cleaner, so use MathF when we cast to float or int anyway.
