• Escape ClipBase.Hash when writing XML

  Some YCDs have special characters in the clip hash, which causes
  the XML to be invalid.

• Rename ClipTag.Unknown40/44 to Start/EndPhase

  These fields contain the phase range (time normalized between 0 and 1) during which the tag is active.
