• Change to use ReadableKeyCombinationProvider

  Changes all usages of `KeyCombination.ReadableString()` to
  `ReadableKeyCombinationProvider.GetReadableString()`.
  
  Subscribing to `KeymapChanged` is only required in `KeyButton`.
  All other places query `GetReadableString()` every time.
