Leave Minecraft folder for backward compatibility of older eggs that are pulling server.properties file - such as Panel core paper egg.

All Minecraft eggs have been migrated to a new game_eggs folder.
This folder is only kept for backward compatibility for eggs that are downloading server.properties file from here.
