• Merged /clearartifacts and /clearweapons

  I merged ClearArtifactsCommand and ClearWeaponsCommand to ClearCommand with UID parameter. Still no send from console cuz I forgor 💀
  Usage: /clear <wp | art | mat | all> [uid]
