• Add tiered colours for global rank (#35597)

  * Add new API property backing for tiered rank
  
  * Slightly refactor `ProfileValueDisplay` for direct access to things that will need direct access
  
  * Extract separate component for global rank display
  
  * Add tiered colours for global rank
