453143813f Extend input handling of osu! logo to full border area
This is the easiest way to make this happen. It does mean the pink area
is being drawn behind the white border, but I haven't found a scenario
where this is noticeable.

cafe30fc4d Fix potential crash during shutdown sequence if intro playback was aborted
Fixes one of the audio related `ObjectDisposedException`s
(https://sentry.ppy.sh/organizations/ppy/issues/92/events/12f282f048cb4a4fae85810e8a70b68d/?project=2&query=is%3Aunresolved&sort=freq&statsPeriod=7d).

Ran into this while testing locally. See
`IntroScreen.ensureEventuallyArrivingAtMenu` for the related cause of
this happening (forced continuing to next screen if the intro doesn't
load in time).

216150b52d Avoid always loading new background at MainMenu
This was meant to be an optimisation to allow the background to load
while the intro is playing, but as the current default intro loads a
background itself, this was rarely the case and also counter-productive
as it would bypass the equality check and start a second load sequence.

363e7a6f53 Simplify toolbar hiding logic in FirstRunSetupOverlay
Rather than fiddling around with the activation modes, this seems like a
much cleaner way to make things work.

656c58567d Add safeties to skip attempted import of the intro beatmap when osu! ruleset not present
In general running this import will not cause any critical failures, but
the import itself *will* fail – and more loudly with the upcoming
changes to `RulesetStore` (https://github.com/ppy/osu/pull/16890). Due
to it being a loud failure, it will cause the notification overlay to
display a parsing error, which can interrupt the flow of some tests.

52f1c2bfdb Add failsafe to IntroScreen to stop users with incorrect audio configuration getting stuck
The most common case of this seems to be linux users with incorrect or
unsupported audio driver configurations. It continues to be brought up
in discussions as people are unsure of why their game freezes on
startup, and unable to easily recover.
