Fix taiko test scene failing due to missing gameplay clock dependency
...
`GameplayClock` is inscrutable.
`TestManualClock` is lifted from another test scene because of
`FramedBeatmapClock`'s intensely confusing tendency to not work if it is
given a non-adjustable `ManuelClock` instead.
