Fix 301 Moved for Gyser-Spigot.jar download 
The download for the Gyser plugin instead saves a 301 permanent redirect body to the .jar file in the plugins folder, rather than the actual plugin itself being saved.
I changed to the updated url (https://ci.opencollab.dev/job/GeyserMC/job/Geyser/job/master/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/bootstrap/spigot/build/libs/Geyser-Spigot.jar)

Purpur-Geyser-Floodgate

Purpur-GeyserMC-Floodgate is a drop-in replacement for Paper servers designed for configurability, and new fun and exciting gameplay features, with the addition of GeyserMC and Floodgate

Server Ports

The minecraft server requires a single port for access (default 25565). GeyserMC requires an additional port (default 19132). Any other plugins you add may require extra ports to enabled for the server.
