rcon & better logging
- added rcon variable - added rcon saveworld on exit - added rcon in-browser console support - added better logging for more details - updated install script to use latest steamcmd install ( @gOOvER ) Major thanks to @Log1x for a ton of troubleshooting, feedback, and suggestions!
